- • Serve underhand and diagonally.
- • Only the serving team can score points.

- Court size: 20' x 44' (same for singles and doubles)
- Net height: 36" at sidelines, 34" at center
- Non-volley zone ("kitchen"): 7' from net on each side
- Service areas: Divided into left and right by centerline
